We have trained over a thousand individuals on how to use Primavera P6 to schedule their projects. During these classes we discuss the proper way to build, maintain and analyze CPM schedules using Primavera software. Until recently, however, these techniques were only available via our P6 classes. Starting in 2015 we are now offering instruction in proper CPM techniques as standalone classes.

Our first seminar, Building a Successful CPM Schedule, is the accumulation of 32 years’ experience building hundreds of CPM schedules. In the coming months we will be offering seminars on many other topics, such as:
