Construction Science (CnS) was established in 2010 but our consulting experience began in 1983. Based in Northern California, we have worked on projects all over the United States and Internationally. Since 1983 our consultants have successfully completed more than 600 consulting engagements. Construction Science is a certified Women Owned Small Business (WOSB). Our managing partners and co-owners are Francesca Pepoon and Bill Pepoon. Together Mr. and Mrs. Pepoon have more than sixty years experience in the construction, insurance and banking industries.
Francesca Pepoon, Managing Partner and majority shareholder, has over 30 years’ experience in corporate training. project and risk management. Ms. Pepoon was most recently with Tyco International as a national Project Manager and Pacific Region Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Bill Pepoon, Managing Partner and shareholder, explains the philosophy of Construction Science this way: “Construction Science combines the best practices of other consulting firms that I have worked for, along with some ideas that I have wanted to try for quite some time. Starting with a clean slate is a fantastic opportunity.”
Mr. Pepoon was most recently Managing Consultant at ADR Consulting, also based in Northern California. Prior to that he was a Senior Consultant with CCL Construction Consultants in Overland Park, Kansas and Senior Consultant/Shareholder at Wagner-Hohns-Inglis in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Mr. Pepoon’s experience as a construction scheduler, consultant and expert witness spans 34 years.
